My name is Penny Santiago and I am your local Homes for Heroes Real Estate agent/lender. Thank you for contacting us about our program and thank you for your service to our community.
To qualify for Homes for Heroes you must be a teacher, military personal (active, retired, or reserves), peace officer, firefighter or medical professional. Participants will receive 25% of my gross commission as a credit when you buy and/or sell your home I also work with local lenders, title companies and home inspectors who discount their services. This all adds up to thousands of dollars in saving for you, the hero.
Homes for Heroes is a program that was started following the tragic events of 9/11 and created as our way to say thank you to the men and women that make our country and our communities a better place to live.
If you or someone you know would qualify for the Homes for Heroes program, please encourage them to contact me for more details. I would love to help them!
This program cost you nothing. There is no red tape. I have enclosed some business cards for you to share with your fellow heroes.
If you are currently have a contract with a real estate brokerage, it is not our intent to solicit your business.
